We made it!!!

We arrived in Oceanside today around 3:00 PM and got settled in our hotel. We Decided to head to the beach, which is walking distance from our room, and spent a couple of hours there. Kade doesn't like the water at all, but on the flip side he loves the sand. He was sitting playing in the sand when a wave got him wet which made him super mad. It took him about 10 minutes to let me put him back down on the sand.
He is such a funny kid. He loves to play with his older sister although Ali thinks he is trying to torment her every move. Ali decided she was going to build a sandcastle and Kade thought it was fun to knock it down. Here is a picture of Ali finally getting fed up with him ruining everything she had made so she decided to throw herself on top of her castle to protect it from Kaders.
Alan loved playing in the ocean with his brother, mother and father. I was really shocked to see his mom and dad in the water, I don't think my parents would ever play in the ocean. I tried to take a picture of them from the shore but it didn't turn out the best, OH WELL.
After the beach we went back to the hotel and got a bite to eat from Angelo's, it's definitely not my favorite place to eat. Although I was so hungry I didn't really care how the food tasted as long as my tummy got some food. The weather is perfect here if only it could be this way in Utah year round.

About Me

My photo
I love being a mom. My kids are my world. I love the sweet spirit they bring into our home. Alan and I have been married for 11 years, I can't believe it has been that long. It seems like no time has past at all. I am truly grateful that I married my best friend. He is my rock!!! My kids are so amazing, they teach me new things every single day. As for my hobbies I love to scrapbook although I haven't done any since before Kade was born, I love to dance and seem to have passed that gene to my daughter. I love to sing when no one is around. I love when my house is clean and the laundry is done and I have nothing but time to just play and hang out with my children (this doesn't happen nearly enough). I love watching my kids discover new things and watching them play together. I am so very grateful for the life I have and the people I get to share it with.
